[Developers] Broken PDFs in ADMB-RE examples

Hi all,

I just noticed that the PDFs in the ADMB-RE examples are broken. The main 
font is not embedded correctly, so PDF viewers are unable to show the 
text. See the attached new.png (viewing the current 
examples/admb-re/kidney/kidney.pdf) and old.png (viewing an older version 
of the document on the Otter Research website). Most of the ADMB-RE 
examples come with a similarly broken PDF document.

This problem is in all ADMB 9.0.363 releases, as well as the current SVN 
trunk, independent of OS and different PDF viewers report the same error.

Other than that, the new and larger examples collection is brilliant. 
Models like SS3 and caest are great material to study and learn from. The 
lower-level autodif examples are also insightful.
