[Developers] update frequency for ADMB downloads?

Hello again, developers,
The two most recent email threads on the ADMB-Users list raise questions
about how often the downloads for ADMB will get updated and new versions
released.
If the make file has been fixed in the Hawaii SVN repository, that doesn't
help with the download listed on the ADMB website as "Source", which is the
admb-10.0.zip file that was the source of problems for the person posting.
The other public option in addition to the download is the out-of-date
Google Code SVN repository. There was some discussion a while ago of moving
the working repository to NCEAS and making that publicly available, which
would solve the problems of out-of-date source code.
But in addition to the question of updated code being available, if the ADMB
Project recommends recompiling from the source on a regular basis, it seems
that new releases of precompiled versions should be updated reasonably often
for all the users who don't want to mess with compiling ADMB themselves.
