[Developers] Software development process

Hi Matthew,

Anyhow, the approach i've used is similar to Agile process, but I don't
lock myself to it.  The main focus is to

   - continual improve the code speed
   - squash software defects
   - get community contributions - very hard to do
   - have easier installations
   - provide and maintain tools for development such as version control,
   buildbot, redmine, lists ...
