[Developers] ADMB server change

Hi all,

The IT staff at NCEAS had requested that the ADMB webserver operating
system be changed to Ubuntu.  The move has been completed to the new
server.  The final change will be to the DNS which will point to the new
server.
Most users will not notice this change.  'Core Team' will notice a warning
message
about malicious server.  Since the server has been changed, this is
expected.
To fix it, remove ~/.ssh/known_hosts in unix.  For windows, it will be best
to
re-checkout the trunk.  The DNS changeover will happen sometime today.
Version Control will be read only until after the changeover.
