[Developers] The possiblity to "comment" in Plone

John and Mark,

Filtering is probably a good idea, but I am not sure
if it technically possible. 

Currently Plone is set up so that only registered users
can comment, but they can edit the pages anyway,
so then not much is gained.

Maybe we can just have this in the back of minds,
and see how the need develops.
