I can't logon, register, or get my password from Redmine. So adding RE capabilities for profile likelihood and sdreport parameters should be a consideration for the ADMB developers workshop.

Maybe it is not possible. I know that likeprof_number can not depend on random effects. I guess the same is true for "sdreport parameter".
Only Dave would know.

If you like to can create an issue in Redmine.
