[Developers] For inclusion in the test suite

Hi Johnoel,            

Following yesterday's bug descovery I wrote a few programs that can 
be used to verify the integrity of the covariance matrix stuff in the future.
Both tpl's when compiled with the  current trunk produces the correct .cor files (attaced).
There are three test
1) cov_re                   (run without command line arguments)
2) cov_re_sep                   (run without command line arguments) 
3) cov_re_sep -shess      

If you think this is a good idea, can you include them in the trunk?

Do we have any limitations on the number of tests we can have in the suite?
