[Developers] Test installation instructions (Take 2)

Hi all,

Thanks to feedback from Dave Fournier, John Sibert, Jon Schnute, Chris
Grandin and
others, fixes to the build errors have been committed.  It should work with
or without
msys in the system PATH.

Please try out

then provide feedback.

Feel free to make any changes to the markdown documentation.  They are in

http://www.admb-project.org/svn/trunk/docs/install/
