The "Modules" tab has not disappeared. It has been renamed "Function
Reference"; the content is unchanged. The layout of the page is
controlled by an xml file. Colors are controlled by entries for HSV in
Doxyfile.
Steve, I'm not sure what you are getting at. Certainly, if we had an
on-line manual, we could easily put links in the dox. Does markdown
support LaTeX math notation?
