[Developers] Readying minor release admb-11.2

Hi all,

admb-11.2 is mostly lots of bug fixes, improvements and cleanups.
Please update and test.

After the release, the admb project will begin migrating over
from subversion to git.  Also, the issue will be changed to the
git host.  The change will start at the beginning of 2015.
