[Developers] Help test admb-11.2

Hi Johnoel,
The admb-11.2pre-windows8-mingw64.exe installer didn't add the command
prompt shortcut to the Start Menu on my Windows 7 computer (whether
installed using an admin account or not), but otherwise worked flawlessly.

The addition of the gradients.dat output option worked fine. Thanks to Dave
and Jiashen Tang for contributing that. It closes feature request/issue
#109 on the ADMB Redmine started over 2 years ago.
