[Developers] problems with the users mailing list

Johnoel, this reply seems like a non sequitur top me.
I was referring to postings not appearing in the dev mailing list.

For example yesterday I replied to Mark's posting

       re   [Developers] Help on traits

and it has not appeared.  This is really frustrating if I am trying to 
develop
a dialogue.  Like holding a conversations with yourself on a subject you
didn't pick.
