[Developers] ADMB Users and Developers lists moved to Google Groups

Hi all,

The users and developers lists which were hosted by NCEAS will now be moved
to Google Groups starting April 2.

The new URLs are

https://groups.google.com/a/admb-project.org/d/forum/users
https://groups.google.com/a/admb-project.org/d/forum/developers

Past archives are still available as read only

New users can subscribe by emailing

developers-subscribe at admb-project.org
