[ADMB Users] MinGW Installation Issues

Some cygwin utilities (ie cat) found their way into the MinGW
distribution posted on December 9. A new distribution is available
http://admb-project.googlecode.com/files/admb-9.0.65.2-mingw32-gcc3.4.5.zip
which corrects the problem. The installation guide at
http://admb-project.org/documentation/admb-installation-mingw now
works as advertised. The make step (step 7) in the installation
process builds and executes a bunch of examples. If you want a quick
and dirty test of your installation, ">make simple" will build an run
the simple.tpl example.

The useful discussion between Jon Schnute and Dave Fournier clearly
points the way to the long term solution to this problem.

Thanks to everyone who helped with the testing and took the time to
respond in detail - especially Jon and Arni.
