[ADMB Users] ADMB Win32 setup file (second preview release)

Hi all,

A second preview release of the 32-bit windows ADMB setup program
is now available.  The setup file simplifies the installation by
including the
necessary tools needed for ADMB development. This will help beginning
and current users get started quickly using ADMB.

The installation procedure can be found at

The ADMB setup program can be found at

http://admb-project.googlecode.com/files/admb-9.0.65-win32-pr2.exe

Changes from first preview release:
  * Added missing object files
  * Added -U__win32 to only link with MinGW libraries
  * Added current directory to ADMB search path

Please test the installation and builds.
