[ADMB Users] admb for 64 bit vc8 (visual studio 2005)

I have put this on my web site so that people can compare the
performance of the 64 bit version. I used 64 bit windows XP.
It is just the necessary binaries etc. soemone migth feel inclined to
make a more friendly package out of it so that less experienced users
can install it easily. It is a very slightly older version than
the current one.
