[ADMB Users] Discrepancy between MLEs in the .std and .rep files

It is because the value gets changed when doing the
calculations for the Hessian. It gets reset to the true
value for all but the last independent variable.
so the Hessian will be correct, but it is possible that
the calculations for the derivatives of the dependent
variables will be (slightly) wrong.
