[ADMB Users] Updating ADMB-IDE

Dear ADMBers,

I wish to update my version of ADMB-IDE - I don't need to update any of
the executables or the compiler - only the actual ADMB-IDE emacs
template. However, I can't seem to find instructions on how exactly  to
do this .... I believe it is as system as replacing a file... but which
one? 

(I would dearly like to delete and replace that windows.exe file, but
that might not help my cause!)
