[ADMB Users] ADMB-IDE 4.4.0-1 and admb-mode 4.0

I just uploaded a new version of ADMB-IDE,

and its main component, Emacs admb-mode:

The main changes are:

- Updated components (ADMB 9.1, GCC 4.4.0, GDB 7.0.50).

- Improved syntax highlighting.

- New commands to view the .par and .pin files.

- More file types (cor, ctl, dat, par, pin, psv, rep, std, tpl)
   are associated with ADMB-IDE.

- Improved template.

- Improved C-S-home and C-S-end selection.

- New chapter in ADMB-IDE manual about Emacs configuration.
