[ADMB Users] Need to increase the maximum number of dlinks

ADMB-help,

"Need to increase the maximum number of dlinks"

This is the message that popped up when trying to run a ADMB model
on Windows (ADMB 10.0).

The model compiles and builds succesfully.

How can this be fixed?
