[ADMB Users] I was sort of imagining something like the FreeBSD ports collection.

I don't know, but it seems like we want a system that will scale up and be
able to distribute source code and make files.
FreeBSD has already solved this; and I think the BSD license will work ok
with admb.
If this is a direction that admb wants to go I could look into it more.
