Dave or Ben,

I was looking at the code for admbglmm and it looks like the zero inflation is just a single parameter and not a function of covariates. Is this correct or do I have an old version of the code?

Also you use bounds [init_bounded_number pz(.000001,0.999,zi_phase)] rather than using a logistic transformation. Is there a reason for this.
