[ADMB Users] runtime keystrokes

I just noticed that runtime keystrokes (e.g. "c" to get to the derivative
checker, or "n" to go to the next phase) are not working with ADMB 10
complied using the Microsoft compiler and Windows 7.  When the same code is
compiled with an older (much older) version of ADMB using an even older MS
compiler, the keystrokes work as advertised.

Have others noticed this problem, or am I just missing a compiler switch?
