Can you install the Linux version on R in windows?  If so Hans can send 
you the windows binary he has.
Maybe you just have to find the linux binary for glmmadmb (or whatever 
its called)
and replace it with the windows one. On the other hand you could just 
buy yourself an
external usb hard drive, install linux and R and improve your life.
