[ADMB Users] a difference in estimates between versions?

The TPL is successfully compiled and linked.  Further it successfully
executes DAT file.  Would you please specifically describe why the TPL
is wrong?   For my learning purposes,  I wish to be aware of which
part in the TPL is problematic.   Thank you,
