[ADMB Users] installing admb and bringing it into R

I have questions about installing and using admb in R. I tried using the commands in the readme file with both WinGW and Borland 5.5 when downloading the source code and it doesn't work. Some of them are not accepted by the command prompt. And if I download the dedicated version for WinGW or Borland 5.5 how do I bring it into R?
