[ADMB Users] Does CUDA suck?

Dear Ladies,

I used a CUDA example to build a GPU enable function to add two dvectors.
This tests both the GPU performance and how to include the admb 
libraries into
CUDA code.  It is quite easy. One need to edit the file common.mk to 
include the
right admb information.

However the GPU version runs a lot slower than the CPU version. This may 
be because
I just have an el cheapo version of nvidia card.  Maybe some government 
subsidized
person with a better setup can test this on her machine.
