[ADMB Users] mcmc and -noinit -- use -mcmc2 instead

If you use -mcmc2 instead of -mcmc it seems to run OK. This option does 
the mcmc jointly on
the FE and RE.  There are a number of different options that may 
interact here.  I never got
enough feedback to keep current on them all.

Note that this option would be useful of you wanted sort of confidence 
limit for some joint function of
the fixed and random effects.
