[ADMB Users] Random effects model with integration in the likelihood

Previously I posted a link to a pdf showing the likelihood for random
effect with line transect sampling. I programmed it in R and discovered
that I had the likelihood incorrectly conditioned which resulted in bias.
The correct likelihood is shown in
