[ADMB Users] Problems with RE model, using FUNCTIONs for integration

What I meant was that the

INITIALIZATION_SECTION

caused trouble with RE models so I just commented it out at
the bottom.  Of course one could just delete it and use a pin file.

I have included the original t.tpl t.cpp (modified) and t.dat.
I like this approach because once you get the idea it is easy to
modify the function h and to add parameters that are passed.
