[ADMB Users] Building ADMB-11 from source

Hi all,

Because of changes in svnversion, below is the updated procedure to build
ADMB-11 in unix.

$ unzip admb-11.zip
$ cd admb-11
$ make --directory=scripts/configure
$ ./configure

*The revision file must be deleted.  A fix has been created and commited.*
*$ rm REVISION*

$ make
