[ADMB Users] Integrating R and ADMB to generalize TPL files

It is typical for R users that one would think that "most" models can be
formulated using a structure like model.matrix.  In fact only the 
simplest small
class of statistical models can be formulated this way. ADMB was 
developed to
build the  nontrivial models which are far beyond R's capabilities.
