Many thanks, Mollie. I had tried all the options listed on that page before, and the package wasn't loading- but I went back this morning and tried again, and the second option now works for me.

Best,

Diane

Hi Diane,

Did you follow the installation instructions here http://glmmadmb.r-forge.r-project.org ?

At least one of these options should work even when R-Forge hasn't built the recent version.

I tried the first option and got a warning

> install.packages("glmmADMB", repos="http://r-forge.r-project.org",

+ type="source")

Warning message:

package 'glmmADMB' is not available (for R version 3.0.1)

But the package seems to load ok.

cheers,

Mollie

Hello,

I noticed the postings from a week or so ago about problems with installing the glmmADMB package. I wondered if there are any updates on the situation? The most recent check I made on R forge (https://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=847 <https://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=847> ) says the current status is "failed to build". Are there any alternative suggestions on getting access to the package at the moment?

Many thanks,

Diane
