[ADMB Users] scaling bounded independent variables in random effects models -- application to glmmadmb zero inflated binomial model

I tried my stable version of glmmadmb on this guys ZIB model.
It converges easily. I suspect that this simple change will deal with a 
large
proportion of the cases where glmmadmb fails to converge.

It might be a good idea to get this into the R package or otherwise
create a more useful alternative to the current R stuff.
