[ADMB Users] Guide for Bayesian analyses in ADMB

Hi all,

I'm writing to let you know that I've uploaded new documentation for how to
do MCMC analyses to the ADMB website:

http://www.admb-project.org/developers/mcmc/mcmc-guide-for-admb/view

This guide is mostly targeted at new ADMB users, describing workflow and
big picture concepts, but also describes the hybrid algorithm and some
advanced tuning options. The guide is a collaboration with colleagues and
we eventually will merge it into the manual.

We are also working to improve future versions to make the MCMC workflow
easier and output more informative, particularly for new users. The guide
is an open document and we would welcome any feedback, contributions, or
further ideas on how to improve on the Bayesian capabilities of ADMB.
