Hi Steve, this is what I thought, but I am putting the files in the directory "c:\admb\include\ " . Thanks a lot for the response, I try your idea too.

Cheers, Carolina

Quick and dirty, put a copy of qfc_est.cpp in your tpl directory. Then in the GLOBALS_SECTION use #include "qfc_est.cpp". When you compile the code, the ADMB command should automatically compile the code.

However, if there is a header file for qfc_est.cpp, you'll have to include the header file, then compile with admb <myprog> qfc_est.cpp

Subject: user-contributed libraries

Dear Group and Dear Arni,

I just installed the binary distribution admb-ide-101-win64.zip
from ADMB at Google Code<http://code.google.com/p/admb-project/downloads/>. I want to use some user-contributed libraries in my code such as qfc_est.cpp from http://admb-project.org/documentation/api/group__CONTRIB.html
I could not find them in the admb-ide 10.1 I just installed.

I would appreciate any hint on how to make them available for the ADMB version I am using. Just manually copy them?

Thank you!
Carolina Minte-Vera
