[Developers] ADMB-IDE and new compilation scripts

Hi all,

I have uploaded ADMB-IDE to http://www.hafro.is/~arnima/. On the same site 
are new and improved ADMB user compilation scripts for Linux GCC (all 
versions), MinGW GCC 3.4.5, and Borland 5.5.1.

ADMB-IDE is probably ready for user-wide distribution, but the compilation 
scripts may or may not need some developer discussion before making them 
available.
