Hi Arni -
Thanks for those changes. You are a prince. I hadn't noticed the raster 
fonts, but I guess I didn't look close enough.

I notice you ditched the license info on the back of the title page. It 
may no be important since the copyright is there and besides it looks nicer.

A further improvement would be to use the VERSION file to keep the docs 
consistent with the the code.
