[Developers] beta function

There were a lot of complaints about the beta function code in recent 
admb releases. Johnoel had resurrected the beta function code used in 
admb V9.0, but needs some test code. In spite of several requests, no 
one has been forthcoming with test code.

Can anyone supply tpl (and dat) files for models in which the beta 
function was apparently in error?

If not, quit complaining.
