[Developers] plan for ADMB manuals?

Hi Developers,
I note that the ADMB manuals are labeled "Version 10.0 (2011-01-18)" as
defined in the tex file here:
http://www.admb-project.org/svn/trunk/docs/manuals/admb/admb.tex
I realize that there are lots of places that the manuals could benefit from
updates and improvements (Issue
#35<http://www.admb-project.org/redmine/issues/35> on
Redmine is titled "Out of date User Manual"). Nevertheless, for the
upcoming release of ADMB, should we simply increment the number and date on
the front page to reflect that this is the most up-to-date manual, or
should we leave it as it is to reflect that fact that this manual doesn't
include any changes associated with ADMB 11? Or perhaps somebody wants to
earn the fame and glory associated with updating the manual in more ways
that version number and date?
