[Developers] installation instructions on website

Hi Developers,
At the Developers' Workshop I volunteered to help with the installation
instructions.
If you have any thoughts, feel free to provide some feedback on the
following changes that I've made:

   1. created a frontpage to the installation section at
   http://admb-project.org/documentation/installation (rather than making
   the user just look through a list of files)
   2. resurrected Johnoel's MinGW installation page, updated it, and
   renamed it "ADMB Installation Windows GCC"
   3. state that Borland is not supported
   4. copy the contents of the readme-macos.txt file to "ADMB Installation
   XCode" and added illustrations.

I realize that these pages may require more work to keep current than the
README file, but I think it's worth it.
Instructions for more compilers could be added although I think the minimum
necessary is at least one set of instructions for each operating system.

Let me know if you have any feedback or suggestions.
