[Developers] ADMB 11.1?

More specifically: according to 
http://lists.admb-project.org/pipermail/users/2011-April/001111.html, the 
speed difference between ADMB 11.0 and 11.1 could be three-fold for some 
models.

This difference matters when models take several minutes or longer to fit.
