[Developers] Test out install procedures

After svn update, the successful library build required 2m48.798s, but
sudo make install
seemed to fail, placing an empty admb directory in /usr/local

~/admb/trunk$ svn update

~/admb/trunk$ time make
... [many lines]
ADMB build completed.
For installation, check README.txt.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/jsibert/admb/trunk/src'
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/jsibert/admb/trunk'

real    2m48.798s
user    14m30.750s
sys    0m50.187s

~/admb/trunk$ sudo make install
install -d build/dist /usr/local/admb
~/admb/trunk$ ls -a /usr/local/admb/
.  ..
