[Developers] eigen library

[Jim Ianelli - NOAA Federal]

stumbled on this:

and had a couple of questions:
1) Does their license help w/ any things we are needing for development in
ADMB?
2) does the hosting site seem like a useful target for ADMB?
3) Anybody familiar with it?

Seems like it has Lapack embedded.
