[Developers] Please test trunk for next release

Hi all,

The trunk is being readied for the next release.  Please
checkout the trunk and test.

$ svn checkout http://www.admb-project.org/svn/trunk admb-trunk

$ cd admb-trunk

# build admb
$ make

For visual c++ shells,
> nmake

$ make verify

I will need help with updating the installation instructions in README.txt.

Please provide any feedback,
