Waldorf and Statler have updated the shared doc at

There is new timing estimates and explanations. Please have a look at 
the "Next Steps" at the end of the doc. Perhaps the most important next 
step is for developers to create models that use the pthread_manager 
class. You could take up this topic in Reykjavik later this month.
