Chris' gdbprint code has been available for use for some time. According
to the Redmine repository information
(http://www.admb-project.org/redmine/projects/issues/repository/changes/trunk/contrib/gdbprintlib/gdbprintlib.cpp),
it was first added to the repository June 17, 2012, modified and
documented on June 19, and verified on all platforms on June 25.
I have no idea if it is an a "release" (whatever that means).
