* ADMB setup windows setup files using Inno Setup Software (http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php)
* Added support for more compilers
  - Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 (32 bit)
  - Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 (32 bit)
  - Linux Gcc 4.1.2 (32 and 64 bit)
  - Linux Gcc 4.2.4 (32 and 64 bit)
* Corrected issues with windows batch files
