[ADMB Users] progress!

  Thanks to all for the help over the last week.
 I am now making good progress with the new binary I downloaded today
... results are making sense, proceeding to try to figure out the MCMC
stuff.

  As a nice side effect, most of the compiler warnings I was getting
have been fixed with the new version.  There are still a few left,
in case anyone wants to hunt these down and clean them up ...
