should be working for MacOS 32/64, Linux 32/64 (**NOT YET FOR WINDOWS**
- -- coming soooon ..)

  Within 24 hours or so, it should also be available via r-forge,
following the instructions at <http://glmmadmb.r-forge.r-project.org/>
for the alpha release.

  It's a fairly big download -- 8M or so.

  At the very least,

library(glmmADMB)
example("glmmadmb")

  should work.

  It has worked for me on MacOS32/64, Linux32
